Categories in Queensland State Nomination

1. I’m working in Queensland – The applicants who are currently living and working in QLD in their occupation (closely related) and have an occupation that is currently in demand in QLD. The applicant should not be currently studying.
2. I’m Offshore– The applicants living and working overseas and have an occupation that is currently in shortage in Queensland.
3. I’m a Postgraduate – This category includes those skilled migrants who have complete their graduation and post-graduation from the university of Queensland.

Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190

The Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 category consists of the skilled workers and post graduate Alumni who are willing to live and do their job in QLD on the permanent basis. The post graduate stream of QLD proffers streamlined conditions for Masters and PhD graduates from a Queensland-based University. Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489

Requirements of the Queensland Nomination Program

If you wish to immigrate to Queensland, you have to go through the following requirements in order to file the visa application:

1. You should be less than 45 years of age.
2. The applicant should nominate an occupation from the Queensland Skilled Occupation List.
