a) Gradaute Work Stream

This stream allows International students to live, work and study in the country temporarily. Your Skills and Qualifications should be in demand occupation  of Australia. With this visa, you can stay for 18 months in the country.

Eligibility requirements for being eligible to apply in Graduate work stream of 485 visa-

1. Your occupation should be available in the skilled occupation list of Australia..
2. Your degree or qualification is registered with Commonwealth Register of Institutions’ and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).

2) Post-study work stream

This stream allows those international students who have completed their bachelor degree or higher in Australian education Institution to reside in Australia for the time-period of four years. The applicant’s stay  depends on their qualifications:

1. Applicants with bachelor’s degree or master’s degree can stay in Australia for two years.
2. Applicants who have PhD degree can stay up to three years.
3. Applicants who have research based Master’s degree can stay for  two years.
