Canada Express Entry System provides a pathway to economic class immigrants to get permanent residence. Candidates who choose this pathway for PR are given with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score that is being evaluated on human capital factors such as age, education, work experience, and language proficiency. And, the highest scoring candidates will get the invitation to apply for PR in regular Express Entry Draws. Having provincial nomination gives the candidate an additional 600 points to their overall score which guarantees their chances for Invitation to Apply (ITA). Express Entry Candidates who are looking for a provincial nomination from Manitoba province need to have valid work experience in one of the In-demand Occupations of Manitoba, among other requirements. In addition to it, they have to submit a separate Expression of Interest to the MPNP.
